Madison Public Philosophy explored animal ethics with children who attended the 2017 Mad City Vegan Fest. The children listened to age-appropriate read-alouds and then participated in relevant extension activities. At the fest, PPM’s teachers were joined by Robert Grillo (President, Free From Harm), Ellen Jaffe Jones (author, motivational speaker, personal trainer/running coach, and journalist), Victoria Moran (Director, Main Street Vegan Academy), Samantha Annilyn (Audrey Unchained), and Brenda Vetter (SoL Criations Farm Sanctuary).
